My name is → Kerstin Ludwig, a Design Lead currently in Berlin. I build and direct teams for impactful companies that make a difference for their customers.

Most recently I have insourced and guided the Design Orgs at Scout24 SE. I have built brands, products and 360° campaigns, scaled design and creative teams and helped with i/o at ImmoScout24, AutoScout24, Berlin Brands Group, and DaWanda (now Etsy) — and founded two magazines and distribution, supervising content, strategy and design.

I have a knack for smileys ¯\_(ツ)_/¯, branding, strategy, innovation and a  soft spot for good storytelling. Always happy to chat about opportunities and curiosities, and all things centered around design thinking.
